The cost of the service is $495, which includes Sleep study interpretation, if required. If the sleep study has already been read, it will still need to be uploaded. The service fee is the same and will need to be paid at the time of case submission. The service is based on measurements from 3D CBCT scan images. If the measurements are not available, these can be made for an additional fee of $100. No refunds are made.
