Thank you for registering for the Introduction to Craniofacial Sleep Medicine – London, May 2026 seminar.

Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully:

1. Cancellation by Attendees

If you are no longer able to attend the seminar, you may request a cancellation in writing by emailing info@rema-sleep.com

Cancellations requested 31 days or more before the event date will receive a refund of the course price, minus a 10% administrative charge.

Cancellations requested 30 days or less before the event date will receive a refund of the course price, minus a 50% administrative charge.

2. Transfers to Another Participant

You may transfer your ticket to another attendee at no additional cost. Please email us with the new attendee’s details at least 31 or more days before the event.

3. Event Cancellation by the Organizer

In the unlikely event that Professor Dave Singh or REMA Sleep cancels the seminar, attendees will receive a full refund for their ticket purchase. Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses will not be refunded in this case. 

4. No-Show Policy

Attendees who fail to attend the event without prior notice via email, will not be eligible for any refunds.
